Ponds FC caters for boys and girls between the ages of 5 years to under 20 years as well as men and ladies in our all age men, all age ladies, over 30s ladies and over 35s men. Ponds FC also fields teams in the Premier League.

Ponds FC has an elite program running in the club in conjunction with ASA football every year since 2014 which provides kids with the extra skills and training to take them to the representative level in their footballing careers.
