Our club welcomes both boys and girls aged 5 to under 20, along with men and women participating in various categories, including all-age men, all-age ladies, over 30s ladies, and over 35s men. Furthermore, Ponds FC proudly competes in the Super League and Premier League of the local association, showcasing our commitment to excellence on the field.
